Our Services
The ARCH provides care and services that do not involve 24-hour skilled nursing care. The services the ARCH provide are as follows
Medication monitoring and administrative
Transportation to physician appointments and appointments to other providers.
Assistance with dressing, bathing, and personal hygiene tasks
Night time personal hygiene care and night time checks
Assistance with toileting and incontinence
Meal preparation, which includes meeting special dietary needs and food preferences
Housekeeping and laundry assistance
Behavior management and support
Services pertaining to activities, including arranging for transportation for participation in those activities
Daily check-in system
Administrative Services

Long Term Range of Monthly Service Rates
Costs can vary significantly based on care level, room size, and required services.
Memory care for individuals with Alzheimer's or dementia may increase overall costs by approximately 20% to 30% due to higher supervision needs.
A 25% upfront admission fee required, equivalent to the monthly rate, to cover a two-week acclimation period.
The monthly service fees for the assisted living are determined based on an assessment of each individual’s needs and preferences. Pili Aloha Senior Care will conduct a thorough evaluation to determine the appropriate level of care before finalizing the rate.

Reina and Bobby are proud owners of their own care facility. Their journey began in the Philippines, leading them to Hawaii, where they earned their Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), ARCH Module Credentials and completed specialized training in diet care.
Since 2009, they have dedicated themselves to elderly care, developing deep connections and committed to enhancing the quality of life of their resident through compassionate, personalized service.
After years of managing a foster care home, they are pleased to open their first own care facility in 2025—focused on providing respectful, high-quality elder care rooted in compassion and excellence.
